  • This contract goes in effect the day we receive this agreement and extends for twelve (12) months.
  • The term of this agreement shall be automatically renewable, unless cancelled by either party but subject to price revisions on any anniversary.
  • The service outlined in the agreement will be performed during normal working hours. Repair service requested by customer will be provided during normal working hours. All parts not in warranty, will be billed at a 15% discount, and labor at a 10% discount, during regular business hours.
  • Customer will be given preferential treatment in scheduling all service calls.
  • Emergency service after normal working hours will be charged at overtime rates.
  • This agreement may be terminated upon nonpayment of any amount, when due. Notification will be made of any payment which is not received when due and if payment is not made within 10 days form the date of such notice, this agreement shall automatically cease as of that date and we shall have no further obligations of any nature whatsoever.
